Today, Saturday morning, the Yemeni Friendship and Cooperation Association – Turkey implemented a financial grants project for more than 50 male and female students enrolled in Turkish universities for the year 2018-2019 at the association’s headquarters in Istanbul.

The project is funded by Mercy International – Kuwait, which aims to alleviate the suffering of some students who do not have any scholarship or support from any funding agency.

At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Ahmed Al-Aqbi, Director of the Association, greeted the students, urging them to make more efforts and diligence in academic achievement. We thank Mercy International – Kuwait for its support and sponsorship of this project

In the students’ speech, student Ibrahim Obaid expressed his thanks to the International Mercy Association, as well as the Yemeni Friendship and Cooperation Association, for sponsoring the students with this grant, which contributes to the fulfillment of some of their student needs.

It is worth noting that the meeting included a lecture by His Eminence Sheikh Muhammad Al-Sadiq, followed by a presentation of some success stories for students, and the distribution of financial grants.
