The Yemeni Friendship and Cooperation Association – Turkey notes to its students that the Turkish Scholarship Authority YTB
Registration has opened on its official website for the Turkish scholarship, Türkiye Bursları, for foreign students.
On 10/01/2020,
And ends on 02/20/2020 AD, for all academic levels: Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D.
Students can now fill out the application form to apply for the scholarship in person through the following link:

Grant conditions?
• For the bachelor’s degree
1- The student should not be enrolled in a Turkish university.
2- The high school average should not be less than 70% for engineering and literary majors, and 90% for medical majors.
3- The age should not exceed 21 years.
• papers required to apply for a bachelor’s degree?
– High School certificate.
Statement of grades or transcripts.
– passport copy.
– Photograph.
It is not a requirement to translate certificates into any language.

• For the master’s degree?
Age not exceeding 30 years
The bachelor’s average should not be less than 75%.
• papers required to apply for a master’s degree?
Bachelor’s degree with transcripts.
– High school certificate with a statement of grades.
Recommendation certificates from university doctors or from the workplace.
A letter in English explaining why you chose Türkiye.
– passport copy.
– Photograph.
It is not a requirement to translate certificates into any language.

Age not exceeding 35 years
The master’s average should not be less than 75%.

An extract from the master’s thesis.
Two letters of recommendation from master’s professors or from the workplace.
– A copy of the passport (in the absence of a passport, it is possible to submit the ID card)

* Advantages of the Turkish grant
The advantages of the scholarship are that it is fully funded and covers all costs, from university tuition fees to a housing allowance and health insurance, covering travel and visa costs for applicants from outside Turkey, in addition to a monthly salary.

Other features
• The student accepted in the scholarship gets travel tickets paid by the state from the country in which he resides to Turkey and from Turkey to his country after the final completion of the study.
• The student obtains a student residence for the duration of the study, paid by the state.
• The state provides the student with free housing throughout the study period, along with housing expenses.
• The state provides the student with free health insurance throughout the study period.
• Students who receive the scholarship will get a full year to study the Turkish language without any fees.
• Knowing that students enrolled in studies in another language (other than the Turkish language) must attend the full year to learn the Turkish language as well.
• Students who receive the scholarship will get a card that gives them the right to move at a very low state-supported rate.
