On Tuesday 06/08/2021, the President of the Yemeni Friendship and Cooperation Association, Dr. Ahmed Al-Aqbi, the Director of the Financial Resources Department of the Association, Counselor / Najeeb Yamani, and the Relationship Officer of the Association, Mr. Abdul Hakim Mirza, paid a visit to Istanbul Medeniyet University, during which they met Prof. Dr. Yaşar BÜLBÜL, Rector of the University.

During the meeting, the president of the association, Dr. Ahmed Al-Aqbi, explained the works and projects of the Friendship Association and its active role in contributing to embracing Yemeni students studying in Turkish universities and providing academic, material and moral support to students.
During the meeting, Prof. Dr. Yaşar BÜLBÜL the association’s efforts and reviewed the opportunities offered by the university and the means of cooperation available in contributing to the provision of aid to Yemeni students in the future.

At the end of the meeting, the team of the Yemeni Friendship and Cooperation Association thanked the President of İstanbul Medeniyet Üniversitesi for his warm reception and interaction towards the issues of Yemeni students, wishing for the consolidation of relations and effective partnership in the near future.
