The head of the Yemeni Students Union in Samsoun – Turkey Mr. Sarhan al-Zumer, honored Monday morning Dr. Abdulraqeeb Obad, Chairman of the Yemeni-Turkish Friendship and Cooperation Association, Istanbul, Turkey.
