Dear members of the General Assembly of the Yemeni Association for Friendship and Association,

I hope this letter finds you well.

According Resolution No. 07 issued by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on August 14, 2019, the Yemeni Friendship and Cooperation Association has the honor to invite you to attend the General Assembly meeting which will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at 09:30 am at its headquarters. In case the meeting is not attended by a sufficient number of members, it will be postponed to be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at 09:30 am in the same place. During this meeting, the following items will be discussed:

• Starting meeting and checking attendance,
• election of the Presidency Council,
• respectful standing up,
• showing and reading the Board’s Events Report,
• election of both of the Board of Directors and the Board of Auditors separately,
• modifying the statute,
• excluding a member from his/her mission,
• desires and wishes,

and discussing the closing items.
